My Story
I’ve always had a sweet spot for crème brûlée- that creamy custard, that caramelized church-pure magic. In 2023, while wandering through London, I discovered a little pop-up in Borough Market that changed everything. They took the classic creme brûlée, tucked it over buttery shortbread, and added layers of fruit. One bite, and I was hooked.
Right then I told my best friend, “I’m going to call it Pound of Pudding.”The name tips its hat to the UK pound where this inspiration began, and also to those delicious pounds we earn when we treat ourselves without guilt. Now, I’m bringing that same joy, layers, texture and indulgence to every jar I make.

We craft each jar of Pound of Pudding with rich, creamy custard made from fresh dairy, real eggs, and a touch of pure vanilla. Every bite rests on a buttery shortbread crumble, baked from scratch, and we use only simple high- quality ingredients you can feel good about.
